Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has employed Amandi Investment Limited for the Design, Build and co-Finance of a new head office complex at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) in Accra.
The project includes a unique landmark design. The building is comprised of 1 basement parking (3000sqm), a ground floor and 7 additional floors (7200sqm).
The different inputs include a modern lobby, canteen, ultra-modern 200 seat auditorium, gym, aviation library, and legal library, medical examination room, meeting rooms, board room and lounge.

The project further includes a data center facility, generator and utility structures, security posts, gardening and earthling works. Amandi will fully furnish the building with high-end tailor-made furniture.
