In 2015, Amandi was contracted by The Ghana Airports Company Limited to construct the Ho Airport in the Volta region on a 1,600,000 sqm. of land, for the benefit of the people of the Volta region. The scope of the project included the design and construction of a 1600m runway designed for ATR72 and F28 flights, taxi link, Apron, Access road, Security gatehouse, electricity substation, a fencing of 7km within and outside the Airport, a 5.7km internal patrol road along the fence, firefighting water storage facility, terminal building and service roads linking the various facilities.
The Terminal building consists of VIP & VVIP lounges, office spaces on both ground and first floor, equipment rooms, a pantry and ATC tower. The terminal building is designed to accommodate up to 100 people at peak hours. The project was completed in September 2018
